While there are many factors that influence outcomes, we believe there to be three critical components in assessing readiness and those include the readiness of your existing development program, your board and your leadership staff. You'll see our questions are organized to explore these key areas initially. Once you have completed the survey, you will be given a brief "readiness" assessment based on your answers.
