Yep, you heard right. This is not your old-school strategic planning session. No role-playing or physical exertion required. Instead we'll aim high and help your board and staff team build, visualize their future and take action to create a high-impact non-profit. Our facilitated session will encourage board and staff to discuss their thoughts and perspectives within an organized and inspiring format. We'll build consensus and seek recommendations to your short and long-term opportunities and challenges.
