Within our work in the nonprofit sector, it becomes clearer all the time…the board’s role in creating a thriving, growing organization is critical. In fact, the intersection of board, mission and fundraising has become the true catalyst for attaining high-impact success. And in today’s challenging climate, a new approach to governance and a new kind of board and executive director leadership is required. This dynamic six-session series is the essential and affordable solution to transforming your board.
